Tarot reading as a transformation practice
It is already thousands of years that people have understood the relationship between elements, space, planets, numbers and life.
The tarot cards are just a reflection of this knowledge, based on the symbols of 78 cards representing 4 families and 22 main arcanes.
the 4 families stand for the four elements:
- wands as fire : action, initiative, creation, project
- sword as air : intellect, duality, imagination, conflict
- cups as water : feelings and emotions, relationship and heart
- pentacles as earth : material world, possessions, body, finance
The 22 main arcanes, the most important cards and symbols are showing us the path of our life as a spiraling ladder of consciousness continuously taking us from one cycle to another on an ascending movement pattern.
