SoulMotion Retreat 2008 in Auroville

I have been dancing again. My dream manifested this week in the SoulMotion Workshop, in a daily space for our own practise of movement to music. From the heart to the back heart, from the hara to the back hara, spiraling like our galaxy, spiraling from the center out into the world.

The dance came up with different shapes and words. People in the group were an inspiration, but for me Auroville was the hugest inspiration.

What happened these days: freedom, courage, prayer, room for everything. Words are little compared to the experience.
