Philippe and Sabine have founded the body-mind-fusion Program as a holistic approach to life.

 

Based on the techniques and teachings of several international masters and teachers (Debbie and Carlos Rosas - founders of Nia, www.nianow.com , Tran Khin - Paris; Vin Marti - founder of Soul Motion, Portland, www.soulmotion.com , Anna Halprin -Tamalpa Institute, San Francisco; ; Srjan, school of indian classical dance in Orissa), their classes and workshops are offered in Asia, America and Europe. They develop their body of work in alignment with the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

 

In Asia, the ancient mystic traditions say that our body is our visible mind and our mind our invisible body. body mind fusion is a holistic approach of life which integrates all its dimensions. Using many techniques, methods, arts and disciplines from the West and from the East, Body Mind Fusion is a way to reach the unity of body mind and spirit.


In India they say Satyam Shivam Sundaram, truth, good and beauty, or sat chit ananda, existence, consciousness and bliss. In China, the taoists wise men have long ago compared our life to the flow of a river with its currents, curves, obstacles, growth and final merging into the ocean.
These eternal truths from the past come now to meet our modern and high-tech world. Our busy and stressy lives lack of relaxation and awareness, the real food of health.

 

body mind fusion is a way to accept, understand and develop ourselves in a gentle,sane and fun atmosphere. We propose a panel of activities which are supported by the wisdom of thousands of years of practise. Martial Arts, Yoga, fusion fitness and dance, Nia, freeriding and personal training or Indian Classical Dance first respect the body, nourish the mind and reach the spirit.
Through the science of breathing, moving, sounding or healing, body mind fusion is an experience of deep awareness and self realization which ultimately expand to a real personal development. You are welcome to share this wisdom with us.
